When they realised their Magento store could no longer support the business, the brand decided to make the move to Shopify Plus, a platform they felt would better support their growing needs.

The brand sells through its online store, several owned physical locations and through 100+ third-party retailers, so their store's backend platform needed to be robust and reliable. In the past the team felt managing their store was become costly through the regular need for updates and patches. The brand also wanted to make sure they could give the same great experience to their customer base in different locations in the world as well as meet local customer expectations.
Working closely with our team we successfully migrated all their existing product data from Magento to Shopify Plus, building them a new store from the ground up. Lightspeed was integrated to allowed for stock and order syncronisation across their multiple locations and multi currency and custom shipping rates were built in to give a truely international experience to their customers. Alongside this local payment gateways were connected and a custom charm builder was developed to allow users to interact with the online store. The end result was a unique store front that did their brand proud, with a backend system they could rely on to perform into the future.
